University Early Entry Procedures
Southern Cross University - Star Program
Collect a form from Mrs Heron and after completion hand it to Mr Wattam. The same form is also an application for Scholarships.
Wollongong University
On-line application. Creative Arts applicants have to follow procedures outlined on the form.
Charles Sturt University - Principal’s Recommendation Entry Program
Download a form from the internet. Complete your personal details and course information. Answer the questions outlined in the extended response section, Tick the appropriate boxes on the back page and return the form to Mrs Heron by the date on the yellow sheet.
University of New England - School Recommendation Program
Collect a form which also includes scholarship applications from Mrs Heron and return it by the date on the yellow sheet.
University of Canberra - Principal’s Recommendation Scheme
Collect a form from Mrs Heron and return it to Mr Wattam.Australian Catholic University - Early Achievers Program
Apply on-line. This application considers community contributions and achievements.

- Aged Care Nursing Scholarships close August 28th
- ADFA applications close August 31st
- Australian Defence Force Gap Year applications close September 9th. Apply on-line on www.defencejobs.gov.au/gapyear
- BlueScope Steel has extended their applications for engineering and science related cadetships to August 31st
- RTA has cadetships in Engineering, Road Designer opportunities and Business Traineeships which close on September 18th.
- Teacher Education scholarships applications close on October 2nd.
- Scholarship for a female Civil Engineering student who wishes to study at Sydney University is available and applications close on October 19th
- Some TAFE courses have an early closing date on October 30th. Check on www.tafensw.edu.au for further information
- Applications have opened at the TAFE Enmore Design Centre in Sydney.
- Study Allowances. If you are already receiving Youth Allowance, ABSTUDY or AUSTUDY and your circumstances have not changed, you will automatically be eligible for the Government Start-Up Scholarship worth approximately $2200.
